Squalane

Squalane: Squalane is an example of a “dry-oil”. Dry-oils don’t feel heavy or greasy on the skin, but still moisturize, soften and condition the skin. Dry-oils are made up of mostly Linoleic Acid which makes the oils lightweight, where as Oleic Acid makes oils greasier and more pore clogging. Squalane also resembles the skin’s own sebum, which mean the skin can use it to replace some of its own heavier sebum.
