GENERAL INFORMATION
These terms and conditions apply when you place an order on the Smuuti Skin online store (www.smuutiskin.com and its country-specific variations). The contract between you and the Smuuti Skin online store regarding the delivery of the ordered products comes into effect when you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to potential delivery delays, product shortages, as well as technical errors, typographical errors, and misprints. We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors before and after processing an order. More detailed information about how we process and use your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
DELIVERY AND ORDERING
We deliver orders through Posti, Matkahuolto, GLS, PostNord, and Budbee. We ship to the following countries: Finland (excluding Åland), Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain (with limitations), Austria, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, and Portugal (with limitations).
Orders are handled and shipped in 1-3 bank days.
There may be delays during holidays, major celebrations, or promotional periods. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. If your total order value exceeds €30.00, you will receive free shipping. Deliveries are subject to the terms of the chosen shipping provider. Please review their terms on their respective websites.
IMPORTANT: Remember to pick up your order. If your order is returned to us due to non- collection, we reserve the right to charge you €25.00 to cover return processing costs.
PARTIAL DELIVERIES
We do not use partial deliveries. If one or more products from your order are unavailable, we will ship the available items. Unavailable products will be refunded. If your original order qualified for free shipping based on the total amount, you will not be charged for shipping in a partially delivered order.
PAYMENT
You can pay by credit or debit card if your card is linked to Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay, or American Express. Additionally, we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
SMUUTI SKIN’S RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER
Smuuti Skin online store reserves the right to refuse an order. This right may be exercised, for example, if discounts have been applied that were not directly granted by Smuuti Skin’s online store.
FORCE MAJEURE
Smuuti Skin is not obligated to fulfill an order in cases where an unforeseen event occurs that Smuuti Skin cannot avoid or overcome, or if fulfilling the order would require unreasonable actions in relation to the customer's interest in completing the purchase. The customer is not entitled to compensation for any damages caused by delays or errors in delivery if they result from circumstances beyond Smuuti Skin's control.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date you or a person designated by you receives the order. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return the product(s). However, we have the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned product(s) or you provide proof that the product(s) have been sent back. If the return concerns a single product (not the entire order), shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return Process: You must cover the return shipping costs yourself. Please contact our customer service (hello@smuutiskin.com) before returning an item. If a return is made without prior agreement with customer service, we will deduct a €6.90 handling fee from your refund. For hygienic reasons, only unopened products are eligible for return.
COMPLAINTS
All shipments are inspected before being sent to customers. If, despite this, the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a refund for the faulty item(s). The maximum refund is the amount you originally paid for the product(s). To file a complaint, please contact customer service (hello@smuutiskin.com). If your complaint is approved, Smuuti Skin will cover the return shipping costs. If the complaint is not approved or if you are returning a product under the general return policy, you must cover the return shipping costs yourself.
GENERAL CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
These general campaign terms apply to all discount codes, discounts, free gifts, and other promotional campaigns available on the smuutiskin.com online store. These will hereafter be referred to as “offers.”
Offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. For example, two discount codes cannot be used for the same order. Discounts do not apply to shipping costs unless specifically mentioned. If an offer is valid only for certain products, any restrictions will be stated in the specific campaign terms.
Offers are valid for one-time use per customer. If the use of an offer requires a minimum order value, this will always be mentioned separately in the campaign details. Free gifts will be included with the order once the campaign conditions are met and while stocks last. If products from the original order are returned and the conditions are no longer fulfilled, the value of the free gift may be deducted from the refund.
Offers do not apply to gift cards. Offers are valid for a limited time only and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. If the time period for an offer has been defined, the end time refers to EET (Eastern European time). Smuuti Skin reserves the right to make changes to offers. If it is found that a customer has violated or misused the terms of an offer, Smuuti Skin reserves the right to cancel or modify the order to ensure compliance with the terms.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Customers may order products from the smuutiskin.com online store either as one-time purchases or as subscription orders. Subscription orders are subject to the same delivery and return conditions as one-time orders. The subscription selection is limited to single products and 2-product bundles in the permanent product range and does not apply to limited edition products (such as gift sets) or bundles with 3 or more items. Promotions and discount codes do not apply to subscription orders unless expressly stated otherwise.
A subscription is initiated by selecting the Subscribe & save option on the product page. Customers may include multiple different products in the same subscription order, in which case all products will be delivered together for as long as the subscription remains active.
Subscriptions can be managed through the customer’s account or by contacting customer service. Customers may pause a subscription, skip upcoming deliveries, or cancel the subscription at any time.
Subscription payments are accepted via credit or debit card. Payments are charged at the interval selected by the customer (every two or three months). If a payment attempt fails, we will retry the charge up to three (3) times at intervals of two (2) days. If the charge fails on the third attempt, the delivery will be skipped and the customer will be notified.
If a subscribed product remains out of stock for ten (10) days after the scheduled subscription delivery date, the delivery will be skipped and the customer will be notified.
